In clinical and career counseling practice, one pattern appears again and again: people feel trapped between emotional burnout and financial uncertainty. They collect advice, read endless articles, and still do not get a clear answer they can trust.

Generic quizzes are often too broad, and most online advice is written for a generic reader instead of a real person with real numbers, responsibilities, and fears.

This tool was created to bring professional structure to that decision. It combines your financial inputs, burnout signals, and personal risk concerns with five evidence-based frameworks used in career guidance. The result is direct, practical, and personalized.

Instead of giving vague motivation, the report helps you evaluate readiness, clarify risk, and plan next steps whether your best decision is to stay, wait, switch, or resign.

The goal is simple: give you grounded clarity in about 2 minutes, not 2 months of second-guessing.
